Activity showing on my watch but won't sync

Hi Guys

Earlier on when I synced this mornings activity, it synced to my garmin connect but not to my strava. I've been refreshing it all day to see if it would sync across. With no such luck I have deleted it on my garmic connect app and tried to re-sync it back to the app. It doesn't re-sync. The activity is still on my forerunner 35 but I can't get it onto the app anymore. Can anyone please help? I did a 13miler so desperate to get it on. Many thanks. Chris

Import it manually - download the respective FIT file from the folder //GARMIN/Activity over the USB cable, and import it at [https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data]. If it does not transfer to…

Import it manually - download the respective FIT file from the folder //GARMIN/Activity over the USB cable, and import it at [https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data]. If it does not transfer to Strava, you can import it manually at Strava as well.

I have the same problem. I can’t believe Garmin hasn’t created a way to manually upload a single run for these situations. Asking users to connect their phone to a windows computer and manipulate files is ridiculous. Just fix it! It’s been tormenting Garmin users for years!
