activity in connect App but not on website

Hi...

I've uploaded 3 recent activities (2 on 27th feb and 1 on 28th feb 2021) from my Garmin Edge 520+ into the Garmin Connect App and they appear on my Activities list. However, when I enter through my PC on the connect.garmin website those activities are not listed there. Further, they usually sync automatically/immediately with STRAVA and this time those activities didn't sync and don't show there also. 

I've turned off and on again the Garmin connection on my strava profile account, and nothing happened. The same on the Garmin.connect App in my phone: disconnect with strava and connected again. Still the same problem!

Any ideas what is wrong?

    You use a different account on the web, and in the app. Remove the device from the web account (a necessary step!!!), log out of the web account, and then log into the same account as you use for the GCM app.

  • Thanks for the suggestion. Meanwhile, I did nothing, just waited, and my activities now also show up in the connect.garmin website!... I believe it must have been some problem in the synchronisation of different data download/upload servers!

    I'm gonna wait some more time to see if/when the rides syncs with STRAVA

  • Same issue today, activity shows on Android Connect Ap but not on Connect Windows. I've changed nothing at my end. 

  • Force-reload the page with actvities (hold the Ctlr or Shift key when reloading the page) or clear the temporary Internet files of the browser and check the activites again. The app and the web site are just two different interface to the saem data, so if you do not see the same data on both sides, then you either used two different accounts, or have some problems with the browser cache.
