Hearth rate is not receiving at Garmin home

19. February At 04:00 Garmin stops receiving hearth rate from my watch. Is it true?

Or there is some errors at your site?

After that I installed the newest version to my watch Garmin Instinct ser.no 62W006508 and SW verion 12.20.0.0.

After that Body battery has no data and heart rate monitor has no data to show.

My watch is still showing hearth rate.

Does the Garmin Connect Mobile app show your HR or not? If not, then you lost the connection over Bluetooth. Follow the tips in the Sync / Connection Troubleshooting Guide to find the reason.
