With what application are you trying to read it? For example Excel is notorioulsy known for using different than the standard separators. Although CSV stands for "Comma-Separated Values", Excel, depending on your settings and on the loalization often requires semicolon, tab, or another character instead of the standard comma. Either change the settings in Excel, or replace the commas in the file with the separator required by your installation of Excel, or use the free OpenOffice Calc instead.
Thank you for your reply. I use excel to read it. By the way, the problem is not the comma or the type of separation but the fact the data downloaded are not in a comprehensible language, like in the picture below. I dont' know if it is a sort of cripted form or if it is just a type language. Do you know if there is a way to get the correct data?
What you have shown is not a CSV file. It is a FIT file. You need an app capable of reading FIT files. If you want data in a human readable format, use rather the TCX file export - you can view the TCX files with a plain text editor.
