My Garmin Venu Sq is not receiving calls.

I am not receiving anything on my Garmin Venu sq when I have call on my phone. All other smart notifications are working correctly, also I have double checked that Calls are enabled in the Garmin connect app. 

Tried with hard reset but nothing, still the same. 

I have checked all steps described in the following discussion https://forums.garmin.com/apps-software/mobile-apps-web/f/garmin-connect-mobile-andriod/213877/notifications?pifragment-455=1#1010196 and seems that all my notifications and other stuff are correctly set up.

So just to sum up, my Smart notifications are working, I am not able to receive only the Calls.

  • Problem resolved.

    I found the root cause of the issue. Apparently after few updates on my Watch the Calls were not sync automatically like the others smart notifications. So all I needed to do on my watch was:
    Garmin Venu > settings > phone > sync.

    Hope that this can help some other users in the future who will have the same problem.
