Steps in Vivoactive 3 Music not synchronized with Garmin Connect app

Hi,

I have recently bought a new POCO x3 phone and it seems that my steps are not synchronized anymore with the Garmin Connect app. This was working flawlessly with my previous Android phone.

The strange part is that I do see the steps on the home widget of the Garmin Connect app, but when I click the graph icon to see my step history, there is not a single step registered. This also affects my challenges, where no steps are being counted sadly enough.

I have tried to check my settings. Settings like Uploading Data are enabled. I’m a bit clueless how to solve this. 

Any help would be appreciated! If I need to provide more info or data, feel free to ask.
