Active calorie faulty

After February 6th my active calories have dropped off significantly. I typically had an average of 1800 active calories a day. Since the 6th I haven't had over 300. I walked 6 miles today and have 280 active calories. Something is wrong.

  • On my mind, it is rather the 1800 Active Calories per day that do not sound credible. 280 Active Calories for a 6 miles walk could be all right. Please note that the Active Calories do not include the RMR. So if your RMR is around 2000 kcal/day, and the 6 miles walk took around 2 hours, the total Calories burned during the walk would be ~450 kcal, which is perfectly credible.

  • Found the issue. I reset my watch and my phone. Today things are back to normal. Trux, when I said my Active calories were 280, that was for the entire day which couldn't be right. I'm on my feet all day, I walk allot, and I work out. I usually burn 3500+ cal a day. After a reset I noticed within a few hours of working that things were back to normal. If anyone else is having this problem, power your devices on/ off.
