vivoactive 4s 1000ft floor climb

I have achieved the 334ft, 735ft and 1500ft floor climb badges. Today I did a hike 162 floors 494m ascent and was not awarded my 1000ft badge.

For perspective 1500ft I achieved at 160 floors so today I achieved more than enough to get my missing badge. 1000ft is only 100 floors 305m ascent. Why did I not get my badge?

Share the link to that activity here, so that we can have a look at it. One thing that a noticed in your post is your "Today I did a hike ..." - the Floor Climb badges are awarded for Floor Climb activities ony, so if you recorded you hike as a Hike activity type, then it does not count towards the Floor Climb badges, unless you change the type of the activity now, in Garmin Connect.
