Strava heart rate insights

Does Garmin Connect show the heart rate data for the same activity that Strava does not, or also not?

Yes it does show in Garmin connect.

And in Strava, the HR does not show both in the phone app, and on the website either? In Strava's phone app, when you tap the orange button View analysis just below the main stats of the activity, what graphs do you see there, when you scroll down? 

No unfortunately not, in the app no analysis when I expand that and when I'm on the laptop it's not there either unfortunately

Could post a screenshot of what you see exactly on the screen, when you open the repective Activity?

Yes I did, I followed the steps, have checked connections both on Strava and Garmin apps but still no joy

Sorry, I can't help better. I do see my HR in Strava, and am not aware of any setting for suppressing it, but I do not use Strava that much, so may have missed something. I think you'd be better advised at Strava - either contact their Support, or post on their forum (if they have one).

I have the exact same problem with my forerunner 735xt! Did you resolve this in the end? I've deleted and reinstalled the apps, restarted my watch, everything sends perfectly to strava except heart rate data it's so frustrating!
