Re enable Bluetooth capability on my fenix 6s

I'm trying to re pair my fenix 6s with my phone however when I follow troubleshooting to enable Bluetooth capability on my device menu I do not have an option to pair the phone. Any ideas?

Once the watch was paired with the phone, there is no need to pair it again. The pairing is persistent. If you mean enabling and disabling of the BT connetion on the watch, then it should be accessible either through the Controls Menu (after long pressing the Light button); under the icon of a phone, or through the menu » Settings » Phone » Status » Connected ON
