Vivosmart 4 not tracking GPS

I have all the appropriate app permissions configured to allow access to Location. I've made sure that everything is set up as expected. But, for some reason I get NO location data on any of my walks.

Is this a known issue? Is there something I can do to fix it?

So I started my activity manually this time and it picked up the GPS data. Apparently, the auto-start doesn't do GPS.

The activity was not made public, so nobody else but you can see it. Please set its privacy settings to Everyone (under the padlock symbol in GC Web)

OK, I can see it, but unfortunately, I see nothing suspicious in the data. Try starting the Walk activity manually, to see whether it makes any difference.
