How can I modify coach Amy's plan? I'm being told to decrease running time/length not increase, and yet um getting no feedback on what needs improvement. I'm schedule for 1.5 miles on Tuesday and I want to run 2 miles. How can I edit?
I don’t think you can edit. But you could just continue running after you have done the training. Sometimes there are lighter days because something longer is planned soon after, so it might be wiser to follow as it is set out by Amy.
