Hi,
I changed my phone over Christmas and, when doing the transfer, I unpaired the watch from the app and the phone, then deleted Connect on the old phone. I then paired the fenix again with the new phone (through the Connect app), made sure the app and the phone were updated and the phone won't stay connected more than 10-20 minutes. I un-paired/re-paired it few times, I rebooted phone and watch, I re-installed the app, but nothing, it won't stay connected.
I also disabled any battery optimization for the Connect app, as well as I excluded it from the automatic app closure process of Android. I even installed the reconnect app, but nothing changes. I am really out of ideas... I am suspecting something that has to do with the phone and the app (software), given if I connect it before an activity and I start the live tracking, it will stay connected till the end of the activity, but unsure what to do next.
Did anyone have my same issue?
