Hi, Am seeing the issue of sync with connect app for last many days..and Garmin Connect server outage !! How do we escalate this situation

Personally I did not experience any server outage since a long time, and the status does not show any either:

https://connect.garmin.com/status/

The problem will be likely on your side. Check the tips in the Sync / Connection Troubleshooting Guide.
