Hi,
I have noticed this past few weeks that my deep sleep is changing during the day from what it was in the morning. Wake up and it tells me im getting 45 minutes of deep sleep, then by noon itll be down to 10 minutes. This is happening most days for me now and my rem sleep has gone through the roof. According to my watch im getting almost 4 hours of rem on occassions.
I have been getting 8-9 hours most nights but its nearly all made up of light and rem. I dont wake much but when I do it never recognizes the awake time. Max awake time id have any night is 1 minute which is also wrong.
Any idea if this is an issue with myself or is the app setup to recognize deep sleep with small movements as rem sleep?
