Livetrack now fails everytime following the last firmware update
If you are sure the Activity was started on the watch, and the GPS signal locked, then it looks like the Bluetooth connection between the watch and the phone did not work at that moment. Another possibility is, that your watch is associated with multiple GC accounts.
Internet connectivity may also cause problems with starting the LT, especially if you start the activity while still connected to the home WiFi, and then being cut off as you start moving (switching to the mobile data may take a while).

Ive used it plenty of times before the update without issue.
Try forcing the app to stop, and clearing the cache of the app. Or reinstall it. Or install an older version from an unofficial APK archive such as the apkssl.com or apkmirror.com.
