No heart rate or calories burned

I have 3 garmin watches - 2 Vivoactive and a Venu. For the last 24 hours the watches all won't read heart rate and are all "stuck". Any suggestions? My heart rate and calories burned is 0.

Is any of the devices set as the Preferred Activity Tracker?

Yes the venu is.

So none of the watches shows your HR when you wear them? In hat case I would first check whether you still have any pulse at all

Or is it just the app that does not record the HR stats? Does it show the immediate HR, or not?
