After three months of trying to get this device to sync wirelessly over the iphone and with the USB I have given up. I can't get any support and it just doesn't work. After too much frustration I'm just throwing it into the bin and buying a different product.

You mean you did not manage to contact the Customer Support, or they were not able to help? Did you try all the tips from the Sync / Connection Troubleshooting Guide?
