App not loading

I'm trying to connect my FR 245 to my OnePlus 8 Pro, running Android 11. However I can't get the app to launch, I just get this screen that flicker.

I've tried,

uninstall, reinstall
Clear storage/cache

Report it to the Customer Support, or try uninstalling the app, and installing an older version from an unofficial APK archive such as the apkssl.com or apkmirror.com.
