I have a garmin 735xt and I installed the latest software uodate the beginning of the year. I now notice that my heart rate and training effect are no longer on my stats. How is this supposed to be fixed?

I have a garmin 735xt and I installed the latest software the beginning of the year. Now I notice that my heart rate and training effects are no longer on my stats when my activities upload to garmin connect. How is this supposed to be fixed?

This kind of problems usually hints that you may have the device associated with more than a single account. That's a very frequent problem, when people mistakenly hit the Sign Up button instead of Sign In, or when they reinstall the app, or install it on a new phone.
