HR zones alerting based off HR only.

  1. Is there a way I can set a workout to alert me of HR zones. For instance 55 to 65 66-76 77-87 88-100 etc. I dont need time or calories or any other variable I just want to be alerted for key zones while sitting still. 
  • You can set low and high HR alerts in the settings of any Activity profile, if it is what you are asking. Or do you want the alert just in one exercise of a Workout?

  • I wanted to be alerted for different HR zones will sitting still not with distance,  laps or any workout alert. Like an alert of i reach 77bpm another at 88 and so forth without it waiting for calories or time or any other variable.

  • That's what the HR alerts in Activity profile do - they do not depend on the pace, laps, distance, calories, or anything else than the HR. You can also use the general High and Low HR alert, available on many watch models, in Settings » Sensors & Accessories » Wrist Heart Rate » Abnormal Heart Rate Alerts.
