Question of the use of chartplotters. Is it possible to integrate an application with Garmin chartplotter, for example through APIs?

We have developed safety application for water transport and intend to test it together with chartplotter in the future.
Is it possible to integrate the application into the chartplotter through open interfaces (APIs)?
