Scroll down, tap the button Edit My Day, and if the Heart Rate option is disabled, enable it. If it is already enabled, go to Garmin Connect Web, and chek whether it shows the HR there. If it does not, follow the instructions from the support document Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing to resolve the issue.
