About 4-5 months ago my heart monitor stopped working. All heart settings are correct and I've reinstalled the app and reset the watch to factory settings but no change. The heart monitor does work if I record an activity such as a walk or bike ride but not any daily or resting heart rate. I also get no sleep data recorded. Any ideas if I can fix this issue?
