Activity saved on the watch failed to record and display on the app today. This is following the update (7th Jan 2020). Anyone with similar issues?

My 1 hour cardio activity saved on the watch is not being displayed on the Garmin app. The heart rate and intensity minutes have been recorded albeit separately by themselves - not under any activity.

This is after I updated the app today (7th Jan 2020).

Make sure you're logged into the app as you were before and did not create a new Garmin account after…

Make sure you're logged into the app as you were before and did not create a new Garmin account after the update. Then try a manual upload to Garmin Connect Web. This will at least give you some indication whether or not the file is corrupt.

Connect your Garmin watch to your computer via USB cable
Open the drive associated with your device.
Look for the concerned FIT file under the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder

Drag and drop the file on to the Garmin Connect Import Data page.

If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. In that case, please zip the file and attach it to this thread. We can look at it to see what might be wrong and possibly repair it for you.
