My alert vibrations on Approach S60 has stopped working.

I've gone to settings and set intensity but having set up alerts for each km nothing happens. Have had the watch for about 8 months and at first this was ok. A recent issue! How do I solve it?

If you are sure the settings are all right, and suspect a hardware failure, then contact the Customer Support and have the device replaced.
