Transferring Old History Data from old iphone to a new iphone

I have a new iphone and have paired my Vivomove HR to the new iphone. The problem is that the historic data from the old iphone has not transferred to the new one. Any suggestions on how to do that?

You Signed Up a new account instead of Signing In into your original account. Remove the device from the current account, sign out, and then sign back in with the credentials…
