Resting/High heart rate not showing on app.

Starting on 12/30/20, my app no longer calculates my resting or high heart rate for the day. It's also not showing the graph on the heart rate details. Any idea how to resolve this?

Try following the instructions from the support document Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing to resolve the issue.

For some reason it took two tries, but it worked the second time around. For what it's worth, once I removed the device from the app it was removed from the website. It also wasn't on Garmin Express. I should have also mentioned this was a Fenix 5.

Had the same problem since last week, but then I realised I turned off "activity tracking" last week.

Just turned it on again and the app seems to be logging my (rest) heart rate again...
