Sleep analysis inaccurate. How do I fix it to be more accurate? Vivoactive 3

My sleep analysis is consistent inaccurate with my start time for my sleep.  Its off by an hour sometimes close to two hours off.  I have to manually edit after it registers my last nights sleep.  It also takes awhile for it to get the info.  Sometimes as long as a couple hours after being awake and moving around.  I've used a whoop, fitbit versa 2, galaxy fit2 and have not had delays like this.  They all pretty much update as soon as I'm up and about.  Also I get no rem registering, just deep, light and awake.  How do I fix this as the sleep analysis is important to me.  I have a vivoactive 3.
