Are there any downloads on connect IQ that personalized the screens of the watch face and the menu font style and color? I want to change the color of the text alert background and font color so I can read easier. Thanks.

Depends on the model of your watch. Try entering words like font, notifications, text,... in the search box in the Connect IQ store, and check out the compatibility of the watch faces with your model.
