Garmin Vivoactive 3 can't find Pixel 4

I have a Pixel 4 smartphone and I can not find it with the search option of my Garmin Vivoactive 3. Do you have any idea why? It works with my previous mobile but not with this one. I've been trying everything for months and still nothing. Everything except the right thing of course Slight smile

    Make sure to use the Garmin Connect App (not android Bluetooth settings) to pair with the vivoactive 3. Not sure what you've tried already, but these steps and video seems to be the most helpful to fix this issue.

    • Remove vivoactive 3 from Garmin Connect App (if it exists)
    • "Unpair" vivoactive 3 in android Bluetooth (if it exists)
    • Reboot your phone, restart the watch
    • On the vivoactive 3 hold the touchscreen, and select Settings > Phone > Pair Phone to manually enter pairing mode.
    • Pair using Garmin Connect Mobile app
