Connect Calendar not working

I have Forerunner 45s, and it syncs fine, but calendar in my Android app is not working. When I click on it, it just says "Something went wrong. Try again."

Actually, the only tab that IS working is My Day. (Challenges, News Feed, Menstrual calendar also not working)

Luckily, the app still syncs fine and data is available both online and on my ipad app. 

So far I've tried clearing data, clearing cache, and reinstalling app. 

Anyone with the same issue?

  • It works all right for me, and apparently for others too, otherwise we would already see numerous complaints here. It must be something specific to your phone setup. Perhaps insufficient memory (just a speculation). You better contact the Customer Support.

  • Yes, solved it. It turns out that by solving one problem I’ve created another. So, I have xiaomi phone which makes it difficult to keep connection between watch and phone. So I have tried to fix that by going into settings to give permissions to the connect app but instead I've removed permission to use internet. The app works fine now, but the phone still kills background apps so it keeps disconnecting
