Garmin Connect App no longer available for Mac?

I have a Mac... The Garmin Connect App is no longer available in the App Store. I also own two Garmin devices, a Fenix 5 Saphire, and a Garmin Edge 520. I can synch data through the Garmin Connect mobile app on my iPhone, but how do I update the software/firmware for those devices?

The app in the app store is Garmin Connect Mobile iOS which is only for mobile apple devices or Garmin Connect Mobile android on an android device. On your mac use Garmin Express for for macOS.
