    Hi,

When I do a walk or run activity, that's fine, I've got the "Allure" information

But, if I do a Bike activity with speed information (in Kms/hour or mph/h), that's not visibile

All is fine on the Web version but not in the Android version

    Thanks.

    Xav

Are you telling you do not have any Speed graph in cycling activities in GC Mobile? I still do have them

Did the GPS work during that ride of yours? If it failed, it could be the reason for not having the map, the speed, and other details, but if you tell all is all right in GC Web, then it does not sound like that case.

    Hi,

Thanks for your response. Yes, I confirm, I do not have anymore SPEED information in the GC Android.

The GPS of my Forerunner 305 is working fine, and BTW, I have the average speed information or max speed. Etc ...

but not anymore the graph . Strange because before, I had all the details (probably a bug)

If I do a Walking (or running) activity, the system use the "Pace or Allure" for the speed, and in that case, it's work fine

If I open the same activity on the GC Web, all is fine (see image) but as you can see, I lost the blue graph for the spped

  • Try clearing the cache of the app through Adnroid Settings » Apps. And reinstalling the app if it does not help.

Also: when you tap for example the HR graph, to see the full-screen version, is the Speed then available as one of the overlay options at the bottom?

    Hi Trux,

I cleanup the Cache and test again, but still the same issue

I uninstalled the connect Apps, restart the phone (Samsung S10) to cleanup the memory, re-install the connect app, but still the same issue

About your question, NO, if I click on HR or altitude graphs, the speed information are not accessible

The only information about speed are on the "general or recap" field (see image)

As said, I pretty sure that's a bug in the Connect mobile apps with the "speed" versus "pace or cadence" information because all the information are in the Connect (on the Web version)

    Thanks for your help,

NB : Do you know how to report that to Garmin ? is it via this Forum ?
