Feature Request: Disable Vibrations when I'm not wearing my watch

I would like my Garmin watch to not vibrate when it isn't on my wrist. This could be as simple as disabling notifications when charging, or I suppose it should be possible to deduce from the measurements taken by the heart rate monitor.
