Where is the setting "Optimize battery usage?"

Various postings refer to a settng ""Optimize battery usage." I understand it would turn off background opeation. I have looked but cannot find it on version 4.37.2 under Android 10.

It's an Android setting. Long press the Connect app icon, then select App info > Battery > Optimize battery usage > toggle on the Connect app
