Notifications does not pop up while the phone is blocked

Good morning everyone

I am having a problem with Venu SQ Music edition in terms of recieving notifications with my phone, Xiaiomi Mi9.

The problem is that basically if the mobile phone is blocked (not being used) I do not recieve notifications. If I am using the mobile phone everything is working just right.

All permissions and things are given to connectGarmin, and I did everything already but it keeps not working.

Any help on the topic? Thanks!!
