Badges/challenges

Hi my garmin has suddenly not been awarding me with badges or challenges. It records them on my connect once I've synced my watch but no data to the badges or challenges. Any ideas guys?

Could you be more specific? What badge exactly, what activitiy (please make it visible to Everyone and share a link to it)? Did you join the challenge before doing the activity?

Its any of the badges since November and I was in the yearly challenge of my running club and now all the data has returned to zero. Its showing no progress on the December badges either.

Without seeing the direct link to one of the Activities, as I asked, I cannot tell you much, but one of the possible reasons is that you are no more joined to the Challenges (or did not join them before doing those runs). Another possibility is a conflict with your Privacy Settings, or with the Privacy Zones. Especially the option Storage & Processing must be enabled, and your runs have to be at least partially out of the privacy zones. After having verifies both (that you are still joined to the Challenges, and the Privacy settings), try editing and saving the concerned Runs - that will make them being reparsed again. You can also try leaving and rejoining the Challenges, before editing the Activities.
