Downloads are stuck at queued status

Downloads remaining queued in ConnectIQ

ConnectIQ downloads are showing queued. I am not able to view the the queued downloads either on website or on android app. I saw in another post that there will be a blue number indicating the number of downloads. I don't see that blue number either.  Hence, I cannot also delete them. I have several options like deleting cache, uninstalling and reinstalling app and so on. Please suggest if there is a way to get rid of the queued downloads.
