No permission to connect to the app Stridekick

I am trying to connect my Garmin device to Stridekick and I receive a message saying that Garmin couldn't give the permission I am requesting. Please could you check this problem and solve it?

    No, we could not. We are just users like you. And we also do not have the access to your account, so you'll need to check it yourself. Have a look in Garmin Connet Web » User Settings » Account Information » Applications whether any 3rd party application is pending for the approval.
