Menstrual tracker

The menstrual tracker is really bad. Had my fitness tracker under a month so it's all new to me...but cycle tracking should be straight forward...I enter my details save it and then it's gone I have to do it all again on the app.....three times now....this is disgusting....£100 I paid for this and it wont log basic period info which I really need for my gp...I've logged out and back in like some have suggested....guess what...nothing. how do I get this fixed? Is it an issue with garmin software or the app?? Is this just a garmin chat group or do Garmin actually look at this and get back to me to fix there terrible glitches.

    Garmin does occasionally respond to threads. However, there are a lot of knowledgeable users on the forums that can help. For reporting issues, best to contact Garmin via the Garmin Support Center. Chat or call for faster service.

  •  think I know the answer. If you fill in your symptoms on your watch you don't need to click only on the V sign to log, but first on the symptom itself. Then a "-" sign appears above the symptom and then you press the "V" sign to log it. Then you will also see it on your connect app  It works for me now!
