Heart Rate not syncing properly Garmin Fenix 5

Heart rate stopped syncing properly on my app. It shows a flatline and sync only during activity. Sometimes it sync proeprly out of activity too. I dont understand what happened, i didnt change any settings.

First of all, I'd try restarting the watch. I saw similar mishaps for example after a firmware update. Restart resolves them.
