I have two Garmin Devices, a 935 watch and the Garmin Edge 1030. For both I have audio promts active but it is not working for any.
I have reinstalled everything from scratch in my mobile, what is basically unpair both, delete pairing in both devices, delete devices from Garmin Connect, delete pairing in Android, restart everything and start from the very beginning.
But after doing this still does not work. I see that in Garmin Connect when you select in Audio Promts menu "Alert Volume" it is like hang with the circle going on but no sound is comming out, so it is probably an issue with the Garmin Connect application using Audio.
I am on Garmin Connect Mobile 4.37.2 version and I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 device with Android 10. All permisions are given to the Garmin Connect, and application is out of the Battery Saving applications (so the mobile never send to sleep the Garmin Connect application) so it seems it is not configuration instead it point to a Garmin Connect bug.
Have someone has had the same issue and was able to solve it.
