Insight data not working

Hi,

Asking a question today because since October 30th I do not receive any new Insght. I agreed to all of the data thingies....

I bought the Vv3 in May 2020 and all I received was steps or stairs Insights, nothing else. But now I don't have any. It's too bad as it can be motivation. And it should work.

Any ideas?

Contact the Customer Support - in the past, users who experienced the outage of the Insights feature, needed to have the feature reset by the Support. Likely there is nothing you could do alone to fix it, on your side.
