Data not showing in Garmin Connect

Have a Garmin Forerunner 45 linked to an Android phone for access to Connect. Have 1 days worth of data not downloaded still on watch but not on app. Download everyday to track activities ie daily walk. Data missing is 5 days prior to latest download.

Anyone know of how to force this through

Is the syncing working (the white circle around the watch icon on the app closing and turning green)? If not, try using the USB cable and Garmin Express for syncing the watch. And follow the tips in the Sync / Connection Troubleshooting Guide to fixing the phone app sycning.

Hi Trux syncing is working as I have data from 06 Dec - 12 Dec but not from 07 Dec. Have 1 days data only missing. Always save at end of activity and sync ASAP so that can edit activity and see stats.

Not sure I understand. In the opening post you claim you miss data for 5 days prior the latest download, but now you tell it is ony one day that is missing. So which one is true? And what exactly is missing? The activitt/activities for the given day/days, or also the daily stats (steps, HR, Stress, Calories,...)?

Just missing data for last Monday, sync watch every day. Connect is not showing running activity for that day but data is still on watch. All other run activities this week have synced correctly. Step count for day is low as missing run steps

Then donwload it from the watch over the USB cable (it is in the folder //GARMIN/Activity/), and import it manually at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data

Thanks Trux this worked didn't get all the data but at least totals are correct
