Accidentally deleted gear - Is there a way to get it back with all the stats?

Create it again with the right starting date, and select the option to assign it automatically to all activities of given type, since the startting date. 

I have lost the main steps display because I wasmoving to the next step profile on phone & it contracted away

& I’ve no idea where to navigate in here either
