Yes, on most of recent Garmin watches you can add a custom activity profile. If it is not your case, just use the Cardio activity profile, there won't be any difference anyway in the tracking, since they are all indoors activities, and the Calories calculation is based exclusively on the HR and HR Variability, so having a separate activity profile for it would not make any difference.
