Hoy may i conect the garmin forerunner 245 with my Sony WF-SP800N ????

I recently bought some Sony headphones and in pairing mode the Garmin does not recognize them. What I have to do to connect them?

The question is whether you own the plain Garmin Forerunner 245, or the Garmin Forerunner 245 Music model. Only the later one can stream music to the headphones directly.

Especially the following paragraph:

Headphones paired to another device

If your headphones are paired to both your watch and your mobile phone, the phone can "steal" the BT connection to the headphones, causing the headphones to disconnect from the watch. In this case, either disconnect the headphones from your phone or temporarily disable BT on your phone while listening to music from your watch.
