If you mean texts of Venu's menu, then have a look at the following documents to find out how to change it (assuming it is available for your device). If you mean not seeing Hebrew in incoming text messages, then the question is whether Hebrew is supported by the device. If the system menus are in Hebrew, then it should be the case, though. I am not familiar with the device, and do not find it in the specs. When in doubts, contact the Customer Support and ask them.
