Yes, however if you have both devices in the same room at the same time, you might not which device the watch is connected to. When I'm in that situation, I turn off bluetooth for the device I don't want to use.
It goes without saying that the device should be paired to both the phone and the tablet and logged into the same connect account. Don't make the mistake of creating a separate account for each device.
